Fort Lincoln Education Resources

This teacher’s guide is designed with suggested activities to prepare you and your class for a visit to Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park.  It will also provide some additional learning opportunities for use in the classroom following your trip.

The main focus of this guide is in the learning activities.  They are divided into three sections: Pre-Visit Activities, Field Trip, and Post-Visit Activities.  Pre-Visit Activities should be used to prepare students for the out-of-class learning experience.  Post-Visit Activities will reinforce and build upon your park experience.  All activities are designed so that they can be easily reproduced for distribution.
